He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Fuqua; and his stepson Robert Woods. He is survived by: his brother Edger Fuqua (Ruth) of Panama City, FL; his children, Frank Jr. Fuqua (Debra), Mark Fuqua (Sonya) and Pam Henley; his grandchildren, Tabitha Fuqua, Brittany Delaney (Caleb), Ace Fuqua (Rachel) and Drew Fuqua (Zoey); and his great grandchildren, Rhys, Hadley Rome, Kennedy Fuqua and Sadie Jane Fuqua. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
