She is survived by: her children, Dr. Claude Douglas Harrell and Jo Linder; her grandchildren, Courtney LaRue Harrell and Claude Douglas Harrell IV; her son George Leonard Harrell (Rebecca Clarke); and her grandson George Holland Harrell. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
