We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2020, at the age of 87, Vester Mae Burgess Heritage (Ethelsville, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Owen Heritage; her brother Graydon Burnice "G. B."; and her parents, Robert Graydon Burgess and Nettie Mae Lindsey Burgess. She is survived by: her sisters, Maxine Eliott White Newman, Johnie Ludine McGahey (Arba Della Shelton) of Tuscaloosa, AL, Wanda Aldridge (late Elmer), Natalie Gilliland (Shannon) and Octavia "Tavie" Gilliland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
