It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Lawrence of Ethelsville, Alabama, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Runge and Horace Carlyle Lowry; her husband Rev. David A. Lawrence; her son Joseph David Lawrence; her sisters, Dr. Lee Lowry Neilan and Dr. Carla Lowry; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanne Atkins and Billy Lawrence.
She is survived by: her children, Helen Louise Freeman (Larry) and Steven Allen Lawrence (Judy); her grandchildren, Kara Louise Sheppard of Washington, Megan Leigh Freeman, Nick Lawrence and Jonathan Lawrence; her great grandchild Ava Sheppard of Washington; her brothers-in-law, George Neilan, Johnny Lawrence and Danny Atkins; her niece Joyce Neilan; her nephews, Dr. Ed Neilan and Dr. Bob Neilan; and her close friends, Jim Godwin, Alvin Trapp, Bobby Bain, Paul, Linda Atkins, Alan, Jan Youngblood, Matt Youngblood, Terry, June Patrick and Gail Betts. She is also survived by her Mother, sisters, and maternal grandparents.
