She was predeceased by: her mother Carol Martin. She is survived by: her husband Wade Fraze; her children, Chelsea Perjesi and Nickolas Polerecky (Erin); her grandchildren, Mryiah, Hunter and Parker; her father Bob Martin; and her sisters, Renee Sehy (Patrick), Christina Fisher (Noah) and Rebecca Martin (Daniel Burland). She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
