He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Fresh and Millie Asher Fresh; and his brothers, John and Charles Fresh. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Fresh (Donna), Sherri Presley and Angela Fresh; his siblings, Paul O'Neal and Sarah Perry; and his grandchildren, Meagan Newkirk, Dillon Fresh, Emily Stinson, Michael Redding, Heather Redding, Sean Redding and Cody Allen. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
