He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleston Samuel Sinyard and Valerie "Cue" Sinyard; his son Chucky Sinyard; his brother Avron Sinyard; and his brother-in-law Nicky Leiterman.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Sinyard; his children, Charlotte Sinyard and Wesley Sinyard; his grandchildren, Mason Holloway (Haley) and Reese Jaye; his great grandchildren, Neveah, Madalynn and Charlie Holloway; his sisters, Kathy Leiterman and Dorothy Riebe (Paul); and his sister-in-law LueAnn Sinyard. He is also survived by several nieces nephews close relatives and friends.
