He was predeceased by: his children, Debbie Duncan and Larry Edmond Compton. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Pauline Compton of Elba, AL; his children, Tom Compton (Nena) of Chancellor, AL, Pamela Jordan (Danny) of Elba, AL and Phillip Compton (Summer) of Elba, AL; and his brother Glaster Compton (Bertha). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
