He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Nelson of Elba, AL; his children, Donald Green (Kim) of Brundidge, AL, Scott Nelson (Danielle) of Elba, AL, Dena Praytor (Eli) of Elba, AL and Dawn Nelson of Elba, Alabama.; his grandchildren, Shane Nelson (Anna), Cassandra Nelson, Nikki Nelson and Ryan Nelson (Brooklyn); his great grandchildren, Jordan Donaldson, Serenity Donaldson, Annabelle Nelson, Kaiden Nelson, Desmond Williams, Mason Maddox and Myles Williams; and his siblings, Waylon Nelson of Elba, AL, James Nelson (Glenda) of Elba, AL and Janie Little (Phillip) of Troy, AL. He is also survived by numerous Nieces & Nephews.
Due to the threat of Covid-19, graveside services will be held at Antioch Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 beginning at 2:00 PM with Rev. Elbert Smith officiating.
