She is survived by: her husband Lucien Gerald Polk of Elba, AL; her children, Kristy Dawson (Keith Sanders) and Bryan Polk (Beth); and her sisters, Linda Glynn of Enterprise, AL and Patricia McBride of Opp, Alabama.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
