He is survived by: his wife Sonya Maddox of Eclectic, Alabama; his children, Brittany Maddox of Montgomery, Alabama, Charles Maddox (Alex) of Kingsland, Georgia, Maryann Maddox of Panama City, Florida and Kaleb Maddox of Eclectic, Alabama; his stepchildren, Ryan Bird of Panama City, Florida and Emily Bird of Dothan, Alabama; his siblings, Deb Blunden (Fred) of Victoria, Australia and Ted Maddox (Mo) of Panama City; and his grandchildren, Trinity Mitchell and Linken Weeks. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins nieces and nephews.
