He is survived by: his wife Mamie Sue Parrish Elliott; his children, Richard D. Elliott II (Vickie) and Pamela Elliott Zeedar (JJ); his grandchildren, Justin Patton (Emily), Meghan Fazekas (Michael), Delaney Gist (Noah) and Lilly Zeedar; and his great grandchildren, Hudson Carroll Patton, Lilly Adams, Luke Milligan and Raiden Patton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
