He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jackson Peak and Minnie Benson Peak; and his siblings, Barnie Peak, Howard Peak, Virgil Peak, Clyde Peak, Major Peak, Clifford Peak, Freeman Peak, Henry Peak, Grady Peak, Lona Mae Peak, Mamie, Addie, Cora Lee Peak Whatley, Mattie Sue Peak Martin and Kate Peak Dailey.
He is survived by: his brother Eddie Everett; his wife Vivian Lovelady Peak; his children, James H. Peak and Donna Peak Boshell; his grandchildren, Logan Peak, Lindsay Peak, Joshua Boshell, Tina Boshell Wilson and Ray Boshell; his great grandchildren, Taylor Boshell, Jackson Boshell, Ivan Wilson, Alex Wilson, Cortland Wilson, Jedi Boshell, Melissa Boshell, Kimber Boshell and Stellan Alcodray; and his daughter-in-law Glenda Bain Peak. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
