He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mayfield; his children, Dean Neuner (Julie), Kathy Mayfield, Jeanett "Jeanny" Mayfield and William "Jay" Mayfield (Jennifer); his grandsons, Nathan, Brendan, Clayton, Dylan and Colin; and his great grandchild Nora (Barbara Turner).
