He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Cobb and Beannie Hart Cobb; and his sisters, Margie Kirksey and Jewell Worsley. He is survived by: his wife Marian Franklin Cobb of Dothan; his son Christopher Cobb (Mary) of St. Augustine, FL; his stepchildren, Jill Votaw of Sanibel, FL and Jeff Votaw (Sarah) of Austin, TX; his sisters, Laverne McLendon of Donalsonville, GA, Geneva Roland of Colquitt, GA, Nelcene Mitchell of Brinson, GA and Janie Hinson of Dothan; and his granddaughter Maya Cobb of St. Augustine, FL. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
