She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Cook and Essie D. Kornegay Cook. She is survived by: her children, Clay McCord (Renee) of Rehobeth and Donna Cumbest (Jeff) of Mobile; her grandchildren, Dustin McCord (Kelly) of Cottonwood, Rustin McCord (Jessica) of Wicksburg, Hannah Kirkland (Lance) of Rehobeth and Clayton Cumbis of Mobile; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Gunnar McCord, Ben, Blakely McCord, Blair Kirkland and Ivey Kirkland; her sister Sue Long (Bobby) of Dothan; her nieces, Cynthia Johnson of Pensacola, FL, Kelly Middleton of Dothan and Paula Middleton of Las Vegas, NV; and her close friends, Nancy Tolar and Becky Givens.
