He is survived by: his brother Herbert Lanier Cook of Dothan, AL; his nieces and nephews, James Lawrence Cook of Dothan, AL and Laurie Cook Windham of Macon, GA.; and his grandchildren, Ashton Windham II of Macon, Georgia. and Sloan Windham of Macon, Georgia.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
