He is survived by: his wife Nell Collins; his son Shannon Collins (Charmon); his siblings, Ray Collins (Betty), Bruce Collins (Sue), Gloria Hinson, Patsy Hawkins and Sylvia Collins; his daughter-in-law Judy Collins; and his caregivers, Elizabeth Snellgrove, Kristen Stewart, Lynn Sawyer and Helen Reed. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
