He is survived by: his parents, Paul and Polly; his siblings, Agnes Papka, Marilyn Reisenaur, Jan Kadrmas and Steve; his nephew Craig Kadrmas; and his siblings, Charles, Emil and Virginia Holland (Bob). He is also survived by three brothers-in-law; and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
