He is survived by: his wife Sonja Bullard; his daughters, Stefanie Bullard and Laura Bullard; his siblings, Barry Bullard (Lisa), Kerry Bullard (Pam), Claudette Woods and Nikki Bullard (James Serta); and his grandchildren, Taylor Grubbs, Mitchell Grubbs, Caleb Griggy, Emma Grandstaff, Michaela Grandstaff, Braxton Grandstaff and Mylee Grandstaff.
