It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Ray Witter of Deatsville, Alabama, born in Cuba, New York, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jolee Dana Witter and Mildred Irene Ludden Witter; his daughter Robyn Irene Witter; and his sister Mildred Montgomery. He is survived by: his wife Reba R. Witter; his daughters, Mari Smith (Scott) and Dana Gallahair (William); his sister Frances Gallagher (Norman); and his grandchildren, Paul Smith (Kristen), Jason Smith (Stephanie), Joseph Keith Gallahair (Bethany), Reba Gallahair Petersen (Aaron) and Bryan Ray Gallahair. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
