He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" M Kuhn of Daphne, AL; his daughters, Donna Dukes (Dick) of Bluffton, OH, Kay Hietmeyer of Pandora, OH and Connie West of Tipp City, OH; and his stepson Kenneth Olsen of Bryant, AR. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Heart Association or Diabetes Association.
