He is survived by: his nephew Chris Woodard; his niece Kacey Woodard; his brother-in-law Lavern Carmichael; his children, Terrie Rudolph, Rory Rudolph and John Westly Bethea; his grandson Deashton Rudolph (Kiersten); his siblings, Richard Bethea (Alice), Mary Carmichael, Dora Mims (Sammie) and Viola Bethea; his nieces and nephews, Shawn Bethea (Linda), Charles Woodard, Cokie, London and Sharee; and his friend Henry Davis. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
