She was predeceased by: her husband Grady D. Poole; her children, LaCrequsia R. Frost and Gralun D. Poole; her parents, Clara Mae and Harold James Smith; and her siblings, Arnold, John Smith, Roxene Gayden of Phoenix, Ruby Deckard of Phoenix, Ethel Smith of Phoenix and Rochelle Massey of Florida.
She is survived by: her child Angel; her grandchildren, Sage M. Poole, Aiden M. Poole, Mikhala R. Holloway and Manely A. D. Poole; and her siblings, H. James Smith, Patricia Smith of Phoenix and Carol Gomes of Phoenix. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
