He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hawkins; his daughters, Amanda Hawkins Kinnick (Alan) and Lisa Hawkins Farnsworth (Kevin); his siblings, Franklin Hawkins (Catherine) and Mable Burke; his grandchildren, Nathan Kinnick, Sarah Melton (Blake), Bo White (Ashley), Ally Farnsworth and Emma Farnsworth; and his great great grandchildren, Lily Kinnick, Reese Kinnick, Crew Melton, Shepherd Melton, Mia White and Mason White. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
