He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin Fuller and Truma Mae Monroe; his brother-in-law Eurell Malbutt Gilbert; and his wife Johnnie Hearn Fuller. He is survived by: his sister Bruanda Fuller Gilbert; his daughter Lisa Smith (James); his grandchildren, Fuller Smith (Whitney), Morgan Smith (Toni) and Sidney Roberts (Nolan); and his great grandchildren, Harper, Callen and Lucas Smith.
