She is survived by: her husband Curtis Barnes; her daughter Brenda Smothers (Phillip); her brother Bobby Whitmore (Violet); her grandchildren, Brad Smothers (Hillary), Ryan Smothers and Bailey Evers; and her great grandchildren, Elijah Smothers and Emery Smothers.
