She was predeceased by: her husband Gaylon Parmer; her children, Angela Denise Parmer and Rusty Parmer; her parents, Carey T. Bright and Kathleen Bright; and her sister Novella Mullinax.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Ingram (Danny), Laura Parmer, Greg Parmer (Belinda) and Tim Parmer (Darlene); and her siblings, Laverne Foshee, Sue Smith (Jackie), Diane Walker (Keith), Belinda Fowler (Wesley), Lavaughn Bright (Linda), Buddy Bright (Myron), Jimmy Bright and Jerry Bright. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
