It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mable Ruth Kacharos (Cordova, Alabama), who passed away on March 12, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas H. Kacharos, Sr.; her son Joey Kacharos; her parents, J. D. Cowan and Claudia Cowan; and her siblings, Jerry Cowan, James Cowan, Johnnie Hall and Jean Thompson.
She is survived by: her son Tommy Kacharos (Pat); her grandchildren, Nicole Chilton, Paul Kacharos (Candace), Josh Kacharos (Carmen), Mackenzie Forland (Jason) and Magen Kacharos; her great grandchildren, Kaylyn Chilton, Luke Chilton, Chloe Kacharos, Case Kacharos, Oden Forland, Asher Forland and Mason Forland; her brothers, Roy Cowan (Carol) and Joe Cowan (Betty); and her close friends, Carol McClendon and Helen Pickett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Long Memorial Methodist Church Building Fund.
