She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Wilson Douglas; her parents, John Noel and Lucy Gilbert Black; her brother Nolan Dean Black (Jewel Hunter); and her daughter-in-law Deb Douglas.
She is survived by: her sons, John Arthur Douglas (Sheila) and Paul Dean Douglas; her grandchildren, Janna Smith (Kevin), Andrea Douglas, Jared Douglas (Emily) and Katie Chavis (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, Liliana Smith, Caroline Douglas, Lincoln Douglas, Lucy Kate Chavis and Mac Chavis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
