He is survived by: his sons, Grayson, Blayke and Ashton Toomey; his significant other Victoria Curry; his parents, Tara Denmark and Travis Denmark; his siblings, Skylar Toomey and Joslyn Toomey; his grandparents, Larry and Loria Toomey; his great-grandparents, Jack Toomey, Canary and Dick Newburn; his aunt Ashlee Toomey; and his uncle Dickie Simpson. He is also survived by other uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to cover the cost of funeral expenses.
