He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Preston and Mary Smith Napp; and his brother Gary Napp. He is survived by: his wife Betty Joyce Simmons Napp; his children, Rhonda Gray (Willie), Sherry Jordan (Ronald) and James Ronald "Ronnie" Napp, Jr. (Terri) of Citronelle; his brother Clyde Napp (Betty) of Fairview; his grandchildren, Brandon Cotton, William Gray, Crystal Cotton, Ashlee Redding, Erin Napp and James Ronald Napp III (Jay); and his great grandchildren, Karley, Kellan, Emmalynn, Easton, Sadie and Eli.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to Citronelle Police Department for "body cameras" at The First Bank of Citronelle or St. Jude Children's Hospital, ALSAC/St.
