She is survived by: her husband Clay Smith; her daughter Lexie Smith; her uncles, Larry Ray Horton (Cheryl Ann) and Jim Germany (Ellen); her stepfather David Ledbetter (Charlotte); her mother-in-law Sandra Smith; her brother-in-law Scotty Grantham; her niece Cassandra Gilmer; and her nephew Lance Grantham.
