She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cornelison and Audrey Cornelison; and her sister Linnie Houston. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy W. Gortney; her daughters, Kimberly Puckett and Angie Whitehurst; her stepdaughter Glenda Duranceau; her sisters, Barbara Coffaro (Nick) and Nita Bailey (James); and her grandchildren, Blaine Bailey, McKenzie Carson, Reese Whitehurst and Riley Budny. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
