It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard E. Yurk of Cherokee, Alabama, who passed away on February 26, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sons, Steven and Keith Yurk; and his parents, Chris Yurk and Clara Yurk. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Pope Yurk; his stepson Barry Adderhold (Donna) of Pleasant Gap; and his grandchildren, Cullen Yurk and Ashley Pagni (Pete) of Anchorage, AK.

The family requests no flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
