She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest E. Dodson; her son Ronald E. Dodson; her grandsons, Paul M. Dodson and Dion Franks; and her parents, Houston Waldrop and Myrtle Waldrop.
She is survived by: her children, Michael E. Dodson, Angel D. Franks and Thomas E. Dodson; and her brothers, Carl, Anthony and John Waldrop. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
