She was predeceased by: her sister Sherry Grisham; and her parents, Turin Edwin Caldwell and Mary Lucille Acker. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Leon Smith of Centre; her daughters, Stephanie West (Shorty) and Stacy Smith; her sister Jean DeVore (Dennis); and her grandchildren, Trai West, Myles West, Katie, Nate Turner, Jackson and Finley Mancino. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family will accept flowers or donations to East Centre Baptist Church or Theater Centre.
