With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of June Sumrall of Cherokee, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Sumrall; her parents, Ted Smelser and Geneva Smelser; her children, Ricky, Lisa and Melanie; and her siblings, Johnny and Diane.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela James and Larry Black (Kathy); her siblings, Michael, Danny, Richard (Carol), Ralph (Laurie), Pat (Tracy), Kirk (Susan) and Joann Wulff (Eddie); her grandchildren, Heather Quillen (Ronnie), Emily Oliver, Shawn Black (Kylie), Seth Anderson, Jamie Black (Jana), Mollie Wisdom (Austin) and Tori Flannagin (Macklinley); and her great grandchildren, Melissa, Haley, Carter, Addy, Micah, Ella, Josie, Aedyn, Barrett, Easton and Cooper.
