He was predeceased by: his father Charles. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Theresa Howard (late Tim) and Jeffrey Smallwood (Ashley); his grandchildren, Alexandria Handley (Craig), Kadence Vaughn, Coasten Smallwood and Dakota Vaughn; his great grandchildren, Levi Handley and Anni Handley; and his siblings, Jimmy Smallwood (Janet), Billy Smallwood Larry Smallwood (Linda), Tommy Smallwood (Donna), Rodney Smallwood (Charlotte) and Carolyn Tyra (Bobby). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
