Hayes, Jr. (Melodie), Juanita Hayes and Hope Hayes Thomas; her siblings, Ray Harbin (Linda), Shirley Richy, Reba Pace and Deborah Nicholson; her sister-in-law Sandra Harbin; her grandchildren, Phillip Hayes, Brandy Babineaux, Jonathan Hayes, Sarah Faith Hayes, Justin Dewailly, Albert Dewailly, Finnegan Thomas and Gracieblue Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Skylar Hayes, Simi Hayes, William, Kenna, Isabella Dewailly and Kiersten Williams. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
