She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Posey and Lula Posey; her grandparents, Claude, Lou Edna Posey, Andrew and Eliza Cox; and her brother Jerry Holland Posey.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth R. Thompson; her children, Nicky Ray Looney (Courtney), Kenneth Paul Thompson, Joey Reece Thompson and Kendric Evan Thompson; her siblings, Jack Ricky Posey, Mark Jeffery Posey, Joan Lee Stout, Nancy Claudette Hogeland and Barbara Carol Romans; and her grandchildren, Austin Ray Looney, Kylie Anne Looney, Kyleigh Rianne Thompson, Keslynn Riley Thompson, Tamara Thompson, Brandon Thompson, Breanna Arnold, Zackery Thompson, Austin Thompson, Olivia Thompson and Rachel Thompson.
