He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lester Parris and Clara Francis Roberts Parris; and his siblings, R. G. Parris, Ray Parris, Milton Parris and Jerrice Lusk.

He is survived by: his wife Louise; his daughter Connie Freeman (Jeff); his granddaughter Stefany Gray (Chris); his great grandchildren, Callie, Leila, Macie and Boston Gray; his granddaughter Hayley Masley (Logan); his great grandchild Hudson Masley; and his sisters, Barbara Bishop (Mike), Betty Mahaffey (Nelson), Annette Black (Kyle), Dorothy Norman (Mark) and Teresa King (Charles). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“Adrain Parriss was a good man who loved his Louise, his family, Jesus, his church body at East Centre Baptist Church and his country. A true friend he was quick to assist anyone in need, giving tools, advice and doing it for you if you needed help, asking nothing in return. Always looking at the good side, he had no time for complaints and criticism. He took the admonition to love thy neighbor as divine advice. He was also a good bass fisherman. He will be missed.”
