It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Blackmon of Chelsea, Alabama, who passed away on March 21, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Carlisle Blackmon; his son Anthony Blackmon; his parents, Lula Mae Roberson and Elbert Blackmon; and his sister Jean Haywood.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Blackmon Boothe (Charles) and Tracie Blackmon; his grandchildren, Kennedi Marcum, Christopher Benson of Jordan Benson, C. J, Taylor Marcum, Dani Reach and Tori Boothe; and his siblings, Dexter Blackmon, Ann Blackmon and Sandra Manning. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
