He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Monroe Barker and Flora Mae Jones Barker; his great grandchild Carter Wyatt Smith; and his sister Barbara Ann Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Avis Kelly Barker; his children, Robert Clifford "Cliff" Barker (Ragan), Dorothy Ann "Dottie" Gordy (Jody) and Crystal Barker Fennell (Brandon); his grandchildren, Tiffany Ann Gordy, Adriana Diane Gordy, Makenzie Fennell, Vance Barker and Tyson Fennell; and his sister Betty Ann Morris. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
