He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Pike Kuykendall and Lee Roy Kuykendall; his wife Rhunell Bennefield Roberts Kuykendall; his siblings, Curtis Lee Kuykendall, Robert Earl Kuykendall and Wanda Kuykendall Statum; and his brothers-in-law, Curtis Statum and Don East.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Kuykendall (Paula), Stephen Roberts (Lynn), Rhonda Roberts Hatcher and Cheri Roberts Clark (Tim); his grandchildren, Brittany Kuykendall Rudulph (Rudy), Ryan Kuykendall (Beverly), Austin Roberts, Nic Hatcher (Robin), Matt Hatcher (Brenna), Taylor Hatcher Foster (Michael), Amanda Clark Owens (Stephen) and Christopher Clark; his great grandchildren, Barratt, Elizabeth, Anthony, Chloe, Carley, Caison, McKinsy, Jackson, Hamilton, Adeline and Evie; his son-in-law Charlie Hatcher, Jr.; his sisters, Doris Kuykendall Freeman (Richard) and Shirley Kuykendall East; and his sister-in-law Dixie Summerlin Kuykendall. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
