She is survived by: her son Mike; her daughter-in-law Paula Polk; her grandchildren, Matthew Burns, Jon Burns (Gaby), Andrew Burns (Amy), Michelle Gogolin (Matt) and Bryan Polk (Heather); and her great grandchildren, Luke, Ashlyn, Asa Burns, Sean, Hannah Polk, Michaela and Jackson Gogolin.
