She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Owen Wren Freeman; her daughters, Wendy Burns (Tim), Cindy Scarborough (Jason), Phoebe Forister (David) and Kristy Laster (Mike); her sisters, Thelma Jean Waldroup and Vera Dean Shaw; her parents, Emmett Zeigler and Grace Zeigler; and her brother Emmett Zeigler Jr.. She was also cherished by 12 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren.
