Lurlene McKenzie Cooper Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lurlene McKenzie Cooper (Butler, Alabama), who passed away on November 13, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph McKenzie and Beatrice McKenzie; her husband Gene Cooper; and her daughter Janice Hayes. She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Ward, Charles McKenzie and Carl McKenzie; her children, Jimmy Cooper (Susan) and Jeannie Napper (Bill); her grandchildren, Catherine Beard (Stewart), Ellen Siegel (David), Lucas Napper (Amanda) and Leah Walsh (Dalton); and her great grandchildren, Sarah Gail Siegel, Juliet Beard, Henry Siegel, Hunter Beard and Etta McKenzie Napper. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church.
