It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Windham Bailey (Butler, Alabama), born in Alexander City, Alabama, who passed away on October 27, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Helen Windham Cleary; her son Brandon Bailey; her father James Windham; and her daughter Beth Bailey.
