He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Duke and Paulette Duke; his grandparents, Bob Duke, Bill Reneman and Frieda Reneman; and his nephew Tyler Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Duke; his daughter Kimberly Carter; his siblings, Gary Mizell (Heather), Clint Mizell (Kim), Timothy Mizell (Bobby) and Teresa Chambliss (Kenny); and his mother-in-law Elaine Carter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
